Tacoma's Treasured Halloween Tradition. On October 31st, for almost 100 years, Tacomans have come together on the streets of Proctor. A trick-or-treating parade of ghosts, goblins, giggles and gore. This is a long-established event. A celebration of our community, our artistic individuality and Tacoma's rich history.
