You are encouraged to THINK GREEN and walk, bike or take the bus into the neighborhood. We look forward to seeing you! Tacoma's Treasured Halloween Tradition. On October 31st, for almost 100 years, Tacomans have come together on the streets of Proctor. A trick-or-treating parade of ghosts, goblins, giggles and gore. This is a long-established event. A celebration of our community, our artistic individuality and Tacoma's rich history. On behalf of the Proctor District Association, we look forward to seeing you again this year! Please join us today by making a donation to help keep this family-friendly tradition going in the Proctor District. Proctor Treats is a sponsored project of Tacoma Neighborhoods Together.
